Jerusalem Institute of Justice (JIJ)

JIJ is advancing peace and seeking justice in Israel by defending and protecting human rights and freedom. As a legal and research institute, the Jerusalem Institute of Justice pursues justice in every area they serve.

The JIJ team works to protect the legitimate standing of the State of Israel among the nations and practically promote human & civil rights and the rule of law, in the courts, the Knesset, governments, academia & media forums in Israel & across the globe.

We amplify the voices of the marginalized groups in Israel who have lost theirs, bringing their stories to the courtroom to inspire legal and societal change in Israel. With your help, we can lift the voices of the oppressed and promote justice. When you donate to JIJ, you are helping build a stronger, more secure Israel and protecting her people from injustice.

StandWithUs (SWU) is an international and non-partisan Israel education organization that works to educate people of all ages and backgrounds, challenge misinformation and fight antisemitism.

Christians United For Israel (CUFI)

Christians United for Israel is a Christian organization devoted to transforming millions of pro-Israel Christians into an educated, empowered, and effective force for Israel.

International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (IFCJ)

The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews promotes understanding and cooperation between Jews and Christians and works to build broad support for Israel and other shared concerns. IFCJ is working to build bridges between Christians & Jews to support Israel, help the poor, and feed the hungry.

Using Your Birthday to Gift Justice

Facebook offers a new, simple tool that can give you the option to bring awareness to a non-profit or cause on your birthday.

Go to your Facebook account and login.
After you login, on the Facebook “home” page look on the left side column. You should see the ‘fundraiser’ option under “Create” at the bottom. Click on “fundraiser” and then click on “Select Nonprofit”.
Search for and select the Jerusalem Institute of Justice (JIJ).
Set your fundraising goal (how much money do you want to raise) and time-frame. We’ve seen many successful fundraisers at $200 or even $500 or more. Set something that you feel good about and see where it goes! You can always raise the amount if you particularly like to challenge your friends. You can also give it a title and a description as to why you are raising money and a cover photo.
When your details are complete for the fundraiser, click “Create”.
Invite people on your friends’ list and engage with them! This is key. Invite, invite, invite! Share it on your timeline: remember that not everyone will see something when you post once. While some people may be hesitant to invite people on their friends list, remember you’re giving them an opportunity to participate in something large and global. No problem if they are unable or unwilling to participate at this time – you’ve at least extended an invitation.
